    Cook rice with rice cooker (substitute water for bone or chicken broth for extra flavor)

    Add 1/2 pound of shrimp to boiling water and cook for 3 min or until fully cooked

    Drain and dab with paper towel

  4. 4

    Add kewpie mayo and spicy chilli oil (or siracha) and green onions

  5. 5

    Cut half a sheet of nori and thinly spread rice onto half

  6. 6

    Add spicy shrimp mixture

  7. 7

    And roll into a cone (it’s okay if shrimp falls out! You can just add it back once the enroll is rolled)
