Add 1 spoonful of miso, gochugaru, chilli oil & a pinch of dashi to a glass microwave safe container.

Add desired toppings, veggies, mushrooms, cubed tofu, and glass noodles.

When ready to heat, add water or bone broth and microwave vented for 3 min (or more or less depending on the thickness of your noodles).

Enjoy with green onions or cilantro on top.
