Spicy Mala Dry Pot w/ Vermicelli Noodles

    add spice blend to hot oil in pan

    Add fresh slices of ginger into spices and stir fry until a fragrant paste like consistency forms

    Add 1 tomato roughly chopped, 10 bokchoy halves, sliced fish cake, and 1/2 cup of chicken stock (or water)

    Continue to cook until tomatoes are mushy

    Add 1/2 lb of thinly sliced beef rolls

  6. 6

    Optional: add shiitake mushrooms, wood ear fungus, or whatever other veggies you want!

    Add cooked vermicelli noodles (or add 1 cup of chicken stock and cook vermicelli noodles directly in the same pot)

    Top with chilli oil crisp and sesame oil

    Mix well and enjoy the heavenly taste!!
