Easy Shrimp Cabbage Rolls

    add Napa cabbage leaves to a pot of boiling water and cook until tender (not too long of else the leaves will fall apart)

    In a bowl combine 1lb of shrimp and finely chopped vegetables of choice, 1 tbsp sesame oil and soy sauce

  3. 3

    Roll the mixture into the cabbage leaves

  4. 4

    Pan fry on medium heat until shrimp is fully cooked

  5. 5

    Optional: pour sauce of choice over cabbage rolls (I personally love yuzu ponzu!)

  6. 6
