    saute onions until browns and add in pork belly

    Slice in bite sized piece before adding kimchi, cabbage, fish cake and rice cakes

    For the sauce add 1 tablespoons of gochujang, gochugaru, sesame oil, brown sugar, Dashi, and 1/2 cup of water

    Simmer and top with cheese!
