Microwave Mango Sticky Rice

    add one cup of sticky rice (glutinous rice) to a microwave safe glass Tupperware

  2. 2

    Rinse and soak in 2 cups of water for 8-10 hours

  3. 3

    When ready to cook, roughly drain the rice and microwave in 30 second increments (stirring in between)

  4. 4

    If the rice gets dry, add a tbsp of water in between microwaving

  5. 5

    By the 3-4 min mark, rice should be cooked and starting to a little sticky

  6. 6

    After fully cooked add coconut milk

  7. 7

    Serve with fresh mango and condensed milk

Leftovers can stay in the fridge for up to 2 days but highly recommend finishing the day of
