Whisk three eggs with a pinch of sugar (furikake optional)

Coat a non stick pan with a layer of egg until fully cooked

Mix (kewpie) mayo, 1/2 cup of cooked shrimp, 1 tbsp on chilli oil, and green onions

Thinly chop cucumber “sticks”

Layer ingredients on sushi seaweed and roll tightly!!! (Optional: Seal seaweed with sesame oil)
