Add 1 cup of rice to an instant pot (if using a rice cooker, add less toppings & cut chicken into small pieces so it cooks evenly)

Rinse well and add 1 cup for water (adjust to 3/4 cup or 1/2 cup of water accordingly if your toppings have a lot of water)

Add toppings (shiitake mushroom, carrots, corn, spinach, chicken, ginger)

Cook on high pressure for 5 min & 10 min of natural release

Add gochujang and sesame oil
