    Fry the garlic and ginger for 2 minutes to release the aromas.

    Add the tomatoes and fry gently for a minute so they blister.

    Stir in the tomato purée, pour in the water, and add the chicken powder, light soy sauce, ACV, and sugar.

    Simmer on medium for 5 minutes, remove and discard the garlic and ginger, and season to taste as required.
