    Mix the tomatoes and garlic with all seasonings, garlic, salt and pepper, and roast at 200°C for 20 minutes until the tomatoes blister.

    Spread the yoghurt in a shallow bowl, and top with the hot charred tomatoes, spoon over the juices, sprinkle over the sumac, and serve with freshly toasted bread.
