Kimchi Spaghetti
An Italian style fusion creamy spaghetti using fermented cabbage kimchi

Cook spaghetti according to pack instructions, drain, and keep some of the pasta water.

In a saucepan on a medium high heat, fry the garlic, spring onions, kimchi and juices in the vegetable oil for a few minutes until the juices have reduced and the garlic softened.

Stir through the soy sauce, sugar, double cream and a splash of pasta water.

Add the spaghetti to the pan and mix well.

Serve with a sprinkle of furikake, chilli powder, nori, and sliced spring onions.
