Steak and Caramelised Onion Wraps

    Melt half of the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onions, cover with a lid, and cook for approximately 15-20 minutes until the onions begin to caramelise, stirring frequently.

    Pour in the balsamic vinegar, mix thoroughly, and cook for an additional minute. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

    In the same pan, melt the remaining butter. Sprinkle all of the seasonings over the steak strips and rub them all over. Add the steak strips to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.

    Remove the steak strips from the skillet.

    In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Greek-style yogurt, and sriracha.

    Take your wraps, add the oven-baked chips, then the cooked steak strips, caramelised onions, grated cheese, and drizzle the sriracha mayo.

    Close your wraps and place them in the same pan. Drizzle some olive oil and grill the wraps on each side for a few minutes over medium heat until golden brown.
