Heat half a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in a pan over high heat. Add the sliced sausages and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring often until browned.

Drain the excess fat, remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add the other half of the extra virgin olive oil, chopped onion, and pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.

Add the chopped garlic and cook for a minute until fragrant.

Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes until softened.

Stir in the tomato puree and all of the seasoning, pour in the water, then add the sriracha and the sausages and cook for 2-3 minutes more.

Place the flatbreads in a roasting tray, add the sausage mixture to each flatbread, and top with grated cheese.

Bake for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius until the cheese has melted.

In a small bowl, combine all of the Bang bang sauce ingredients and drizzle over the flatbreads.
