Japanese Style Prawn Dumpling Soup
A speedy lunch, when you’re after something really warm and cosy!

Heat the chilli oil in large saucepan and gently sauté the spring onions for 30secs or so.

Add in the ginger, garlic and chilli and continue to cook for another minute or so.

Pour in the stock and soy sauce, along with the carrots, kale and nori goma seasoning. Bring to the boil and immediately reduce to a simmer.

Finally add in the gyoza, cover with a lid and simmer for a further 6/7 mins.

Finish with a sprinkling of black sesame seeds and chilli flakes (if you like).
