Chocolate, Banana & Date Pitta Pockets

A sweet autumn treat with caramelised bananas and dates paired with rich dark chocolate, all wrapped up in crispy BFree Pitta.

    Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).

    In a pan, melt the coconut oil and lightly caramelise the banana slices for 2-3 minutes.

    Add a splash of maple.

    Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave.

  5. 5

    Cut the BFree Pittas in half to form pockets.

  6. 6

    Fill each pitta pocket with the bananas, chopped dates and a drizzle of the melted chocolate inside.

    Place the stuffed pitta pockets in the air fryer basket and air fry for 3-5 minutes until the outside is crispy and golden.

    Serve warm, with an optional drizzle of chocolate sauce.
