Five Spice Salmon Sushi Bowl
My love for these poke-ish bowls is strong ~ here I’ve used seasoned sushi rice as the base with edamame, avocado, broccoli and coriander.

Rub the salmon with five spice powder before air frying (190c / 8-10mins).

Rub the salmon with sesame oil and air fry (180c / 4mins).

Finish with crispy onions, light soy sauce and sriracha mayo.
