In a bowl, add boiled potatoes, boiled chicken, chopped coriander Leaves, red chilli flakes, black pepper powder, salt, peri peri masala, & kashmiri lal mirch, mix it all together.

Take prepared mixture, make Patty/Kabab and give it a donut shape.

Now dip it in whisked eggs then coat it well with breadcrumbs.

In a wok, heat cooking oil, and fry potato chicken donuts until golden brown.
