In a bowl, add chicken, salt, garlic powder, Peri Peri masala, red chilli powder, oregano, vinegar, soy sauce and chilli sauce, mix well and marinade for an hour.

In a pan, add Cooking oil and marinated chicken, mix well and cook on medium flame until chicken is tender or dries up.

Let it cool.

In a chopper, add cooked chicken and chop well.

In a separate bowl, add chopped chicken, mozzarella cheese and mayonnaise, mix well & set aside.

Slit green chilli with the help of knife and deseed them.

Stuffed green chilli with prepared chicken filling, coat in all-purpose flour then dip in whisked eggs and coat well with breadcrumbs and again dip in whisked eggs & coat with breadcrumbs and let them rest for 10-15 minutes

Can be stored for UpTo 2 weeks in freezer.

In a wok, heat oil and fry stuffed chillies on medium high flame until golden & crispy.
