In a pot, add water, chicken, ginger, garlic, onion, bay leaf, coriander Leaves, & salt, mix it well and cook until chicken is tender.

Now separate the chicken from the stock.

In chicken stock, add chicken cube, boiled shredded chicken, boiled corns, & black pepper, mix it well.

Now add cornflour slurry gradually and mix well.

Add egg Whites, mix it well and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.

Chicken corn soup is ready to serve.
