Creamy Cheesecake Filling

    Blend crust ingredients in food processor until fully combined and add to bottom of muffin liners to form a crust layer.

    Blend cheesecake filling ingredients together until creamy and fully blended.

  3. 3

    Pour cheesecake filling into the cups and then top with crushed mini eggs!

    Put in freezer for 2 hours or so and then I usually will store in fridge after.
