Preheat oven to 350F

Melt together coconut oil, honey and nut butter on low heat

Let cool slightly and add in vanilla and salt

Mix together all the dry ingredients

Pour the melted mixture on top and combine

Pour mixture onto a 9X13 baking dish lined with parchment paper and press down firmly

Bake at 350F for 15 min

Let cool for an hour

Melt your choc and coconut oil in the microwave at 30 second intervals, stir well

Pour chocolate on top and throw in fridge for another 1-2 hours

Cut into bars and enjoy! (Store in fridge or freeze!)
