    Rinse the dried sea moss very well.

    Soak the sea moss overnight with half a lime, squeezing the lime and leaving it in the mixture.

    Remove the lime and add the sea moss to a blender with some water until it becomes a gel.

    Place the gel in a jar and store it in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
