Wingstop Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
Wet batter
Chicken tender marinade
Seasoned flour

Marinade the chicken tenders with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.

In another bowl mix together the seasoned flour ingredients.

Now in a separate bowl combine the water, whisked egg and 4 x tablespoons of the seasoned flour to form a thick wet batter.

Dip the chicken tenders into the seasoned flour, then into the wet batter and finally back into the seasoned flour. Place the chicken tenders onto a wired rack for 15 minutes to set.

Deep fry or shallow fry for 8-10 minutes at 175°C (350°F) until crispy and cooked through out.

Add sauce to the tenders whilst they’re hot!
