Wingstop Boneless Chicken Wings

Wing marinade
Wet batter
Seasoned flour

Debone the wings using a sharp knife, ideally with a boning knife.

Marinade the boneless chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.

In another bowl mix together the seasoned flour ingredients.

Now in a separate bowl combine the water, whisked egg and 4 x tablespoons of the seasoned flour to form a thick wet batter.

Dip the chicken into the seasoned flour, then into the wet batter and finally back into the seasoned flour. Place the boneless wings onto a wired rack for 15 minutes to set.

Deep fry or shallow fry for 8-10 minutes (or until cooked) at 175°C (350°F)

Add sauce to the wings while they’re hot!
