    Place the chicken breast into a food bag, seal and then use a rolling pin or a meat tenderiser to bash the chicken until it flattens.

    Add all the chicken breast marinade spices and water into the bag, then use your hands to massage the seasoning into the chicken.

    Blend the cornflake into a coarse crumb using a food processor, add the dry spices and shake to combine.

    Dip the chicken breast into a dish of whisked eggs and then into the seasoned the cornflake crumb. Spray both sides with oil and air fry for 13 minutes 170°C / 338°F, flip halfway through cooking.

    Whilst the chicken is in the air fryer place all the sauce ingredients into a pan wide enough to fit the chicken burger. Stir and simmer at a very low temperature setting until for 3-4 minutes.

    Add the cooked chicken burger into the pan, flip and coat on each side. Then assemble your burger and enjoy!
