Crunchy Chewy Granola Bar
Has carbs, sugars, and protein to keep me going on the trails this summer.

Heat oven to 350. Line a pan with parchment and pour oats. Toast in oven about 10-12 minutes or until fragrant.

Meanwhile, Add butter, salt, maple, and agave to a pot. Bring to medium heat on stove and let melt.

Remove from heat and add @la_vida_vanilla signature vanilla extract. Set aside.

Remove oats from oven and add seeds and puff cereal and mix well.

Pour butter mixture over and stir well to incorporate.

Form into a square or rectangle about 1” in thickness.

Reduce oven heat to 300F and bake on middle rack for 20-25 minutes.

Remove from oven but DO NOT TOUCH. Let it sit and cool completely for at least 90min.

Score with a knife or bench scraper into desired shapes.
