    Preheat oven to 350f. Grease & line two 8 inch round cake tins with baking paper. In a bowl combine milk, vinegar & yogurt. Let it sit for 5 min until curdled.

    Add both sugars,oil & vanilla. Mix until sugar is almost dissolved.

    Add all the dry ingredients & Mix until smooth cake batter forms.

    Divide the cake batter equally into the cake tins.

    Bake for 25-30 minutes or until firm to touch. Let them cool completely.

    whip butter & cream cheese in a mixing bowl using an electric whisk or paddle attachment for 5 min until fluffy-creamy.

    Add powdered sugar in 2 parts & vanilla. Mix for 1minute.

    Add butter to in a mixing bowl.Use a paddle attachment or electric whisk to whip until it is light-fluffy.

    Add powdered sugar in 2 parts & mix until it is light-smooth.

    In a cup combine cream & cocoa powder, stir to form a smooth paste. Pour into the butter mixture & mix for 2-3 minutes to get smooth texture.
