Apple Crumble Loaf Cake with Caramel Drizzle

This eggless loaf cake is made with unrefined sugar (Jaggery Powder). You can easily make it dairy-free and vegan. This cake is Extra moist, fluffy and not too sweet.

    Combine brown sugar, all purpose flour, salt & cinnamon in a bowl.

    Add melted butter. Mix until it is crumbly.

    Chill in the fridge/freezer until ready to use.

    You can store it in freezer for up to 1 month.

    Preheat the oven to 350f. Grease and line a 8inch loaf pan with an over hang of baking paper.

    In a bowl combine and mix milk & vinegar, let it sit for 5 min until slightly curdled.

    Add oil, sugar, vanilla and mix until sugar grains are dissolved.

    In a separate bowl combine all the dry ingredients.

    Mix grated apples.

    Mix the dry ingredients using a hand whisk to form a smooth batter.

    Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan -Add a thick layer of unbaked crumb topping and bake until golden brown, 35-40 approx.

    Cool it down completely.

    Drizzle caramel if desired all over the loaf cake. Enjoy!
