Vegan Saucy and Cheesy Tteokbokki
This recipe isn't anything like the original tteokbokki recipe. But it's still super delicious

Add to a pan: gochujang, crispy chili oil, garlic clove, and pb.

Then add: water, oat milk, rice cakes, soy sauce, agave syrup, and sriracha.

Let it cook until the sauce reduces.

Then add vegan cheese and cover with a lid until the cheese is melted.

Garnish with: sesame seeds, sesame oil, cilantro, and green onion.
