Aubergine Pasta
A delicious and easy pasta dish

In a casserole add aubergine, date tomatoes, garlic clove, oil, salt, pepper and chili flakes (optional).

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180°C.

Cook the pasta and add it to the casserole and combine well.

Take the garlic out (it was just for some flavour).

Add 1-2 Tbsp vegan cream cheese and fresh basil.

Combine and serve.
