Pesto Pasta with Olives and Tomatoes

    Warm some olive oil, crush a garlic clove, and sauté it

    Halve some date tomatoes and toss them in

    Mix in 1 tsp of vegan cream cheese with about 3 tbsp of pasta water

  4. 4

    Chop olives and add them to the blend

  5. 5

    Stir in your homemade pesto until perfectly combined

  6. 6

    Add your cooked pasta

  7. 7

    Garnish with fresh basil
