    Separate egg whites and egg yolks.

    Pour the egg whites in an electric mixer and whip until fluffy, add the sugar 1 tbsp at a time.

    When you’ve created a fluffy meringue set the bowl aside and take out another.

    In this bowl add the egg yolks, vanilla extract and mascarpone, mix this until just combined.

    After that just combine the two mixtures carefully to not damage the fluffiness.

    Assemble the tiramisu by dipping each ladyfinger in coffee until I’ve covered the entire surface.

    Than the mascarpone mixture, and cocoa powder.
