Beat the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer for 10 min until pale and fluffy.

Add oil, the spices, salt, carrots, vanilla and baking powder.

Sift the flour and carefully fold it in.

Start to pour the batter in a baking pan.

Bake on 175 c for 30-45 min.

Make the chai milk tea by boiling the tea bags in milk on medium high heat.

Let the bags sit in the milk when cooling down.

Make the frosting by combining all ingredients in a bowl and whip on high until fluffy and smooth.

Poke the baked and cooled cake with a fork, pour the chai milk over the cake.

Frost the cake with the cream cheese frosting and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
