Combine all ingredients for the filling in a bowl until smooth.

Roll out the puff pastry and slice in the middle.

Spread half of the filling on one of the dough sides.

Place the other one on top, brush with egg wash and spread the rest of the filling on top.

Sprinkle an even layer of almond slices and bake on 175 c for 15 min.

Take out and devour.
