Add tomato paste and cook until fragrant.

Add cream, tomatoes, and seasonings. Mix to combine.

Simmer for 5-10 minutes until tomatoes soften.

Add cheese and cooked gnocchi. Mix again.

Garnish with parsley if desired and enjoy.

I used Philadelphia 60%less fat cooking cream and vetta protein pasta for these macros
