Easy Mango & Coconut Overnight Oats

It’s giving summer vibes ☀️ Enjoy the tropical flavours and a healthy breakfast packed with protein and fiber using @mademonday__ 2 step overnight oat mix

    Add the oats, coconut, milk and yoghurt to a medium bowl and stir until combined.

    Place in the fridge to thicken overnight or for at least 2 hours.

    Cut the mango into small cubes and set aside.

  4. 4

    Grab 2 glasses.

  5. 5

    Add 1/4 of the mixture to the bottom of each glass.

  6. 6

    Add a layer of 1/3 of the cut mango in each glass.

  7. 7

    Divide the remaining overnight oat mixture evenly between the 2 glasses.

  8. 8

    Top each glass with 1-2 Tbsp of coconut yoghurt.

  9. 9

    Garnish with the remaining mango and a sprinkle of shredded coconut.
