Slice the potato into chips. Season and drizzle 1/2 tbs olive oil. Cook in the air fryer for approx 15 minutes at 200°C or until cooked.

Heat pan over medium-high heat and add remaining olive oil. Add in onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. Add in mince meat, season with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Break apart, and cook until browned.

Assemble your bowl with, lettuce, chips, mince & onion, cheese (melt it) and tomato’s.

In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients. Then drizzle over the bowl and enjoy!
