    Cook the chicken & chips as per the pack instructions.

    Heat the oil in a pan then add the onion & pepper frying off on a high heat for 5 mins until it starts to brown.

    Add the garlic & cook for another 5 mins.

    Once the chicken & chips are cooked add them to the pan with the salt & chilli seasoning & chilli’s.

    Add a little bit more oil at this point if needed to make sure everything is full coated.

    Stir through and cook for another 10 mins on a medium heat until everything is combined & coated.

    Serve on a flatbread with curry sauce & spring onion
