Chicken Gyros Bowls
It’s been too long since we last had these chicken gyros bowls for tea, such a quick & easy one but feels like such a treat with all the picky bits.

Slice up the chicken into large chunks.

Add the chicken to a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.

Stir well until all the chicken is coated.

Marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

Add to skewers and cook in the airfryer at 200°C for 20-25 minutes.

Baste with a mix of olive oil and oregano every 5 minutes for extra juiciness (optional).
