Honey Chilli Chicken Wraps
These honey chilli chicken wraps are always one of my go to’s when I fancy a really nice working from home dinner. These would also be fab for dinner with some chips & salad. Who else works from home & need a decent lunch to look forward to?

Cut the chicken up in to strips then coat each one in flour.

Mix the breadcrumbs with smoked paprika & some salt and pepper.

Coat the chicken in flour then egg then breadcrumbs. Repeat this step to get your chicken extra crispy.

Add the chicken to the airfryer, drizzle with oil & then cook for 15 mins at 190 turning half way through.

To a pan add sweet chilli, honey, soy sauce & ketchup mix together and then heat on low for 10 mins until it starts to bubble.

Once the chicken is cooked add to the sauce and turn until all the chicken is coated.

Add a drizzle of mayo to the wraps and split the lettuce & chicken between each one.

Wrap up, slice in half & then serve immediately.
