Hash Brown & Chorizo Tacos

    Cook the hash browns as per the packet instructions.

    Brown off each side of the wraps for a few mins either side with a drizzle of oil.

    Cook the chorizo in a pan on a high heat for around 8 mins.

  4. 4

    Cook the eggs in another pan until the whites are fully cooked but the yolk is still runny.

    Mix together the tomatoes & parsley.

  6. 6

    Smash the hash browns onto the wraps, add an egg to each, then top with the chorizo & tomatoes.
