Garlic Pulled Beef Sliders

Perfect for bringing to outside in this summer with the help of the @ninjakitchenuk Woodfire from @ao.

    Mix together the mustard, seasoning and oil then mix well. Coat the beef in the mixture.

    Set the Woodfire to the smoker setting, fill the smoke box with your chosen pellets & set to 120 for 6 hours then press the start button.

    Add the beef and cook for 2 hours. After 2 hours remove from the grill, add to an ovenproof dish along with the beef stock pot and 300ml water. Cover with foil and then cook for the final 4 hours.

    Once cooked pull the beef with two forks.

    Add the brioche buns to an ovenproof dish then top with mozzarella, beef, gouda, onions and the top of the bun.

    Melt the butter, mix with the garlic & parsley and brush over each of the buns.

    Set the Woodfire to the bake setting for 10 mins at 160 then add the buns until cooked and the cheese is melted.
