To a bowl add the steak, olive oil, garlic, parsley and a pinch salt & pepper. Mix well until all the steak is coated then cover and marinate in the fridge for a few hours.

Once marinated remove from the fridge and leave to stand for at least 30 mins to allow it to come back to room temp.

Heat a pan on a high heat and then add in the steak, turn down to medium heat and brown off for around 5 mins.

Add in the butter and garlic ten cook for a further 5 mins.

Add in the parsley and then serve with the sauce reserves on top, mashed potatoes and broccoli.
