    Add all of the ingredients together in a pan and boil till the mixture reaches 114 degrees Celsius, let it cool down and it’s ready to use.


Notes

Invert sugar prevents Crystallization, decreases the AW value which will give you a longer shelf life, and is very sweet so be careful not to use too much.
