    Roast the pistache nuts in your oven and mix together with the oil until you end up with a fine pistache paste, flavor with sea salt.

    Bake the kataifi in some butter until golden and crispy.

    Slowly melt the white chocolate and add the pistache praline, stir and add the crispy kataifi.

    Fill the desired moulds and let the filling crystallize at 16 degrees Celsius before sealing your chocolates.
