A perfect breakfast for pumpkin season, packed with protein and deliciousness

    Crush up 3 Weetabix

    Mix in 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 200ml almond milk, 1/4tsp pumpkin spice, 1tsp cinnamon, and a little maple

    Leave in the fridge overnight

    In the morning top with 200g of thick yogurt with 3tbsp pumpkin purée and 1tsp maple mixed in

    Serve with redcurrants and pumpkin seeds
