    Heat some sliced plums in a pan until they’ve softened

    Slice a plum and bake it for 15-20 minutes

    Mix together 1/2 cup jumbo oats, 1tbsp vanilla protein powder, 1tbsp almond butter, and enough maple until nicely mixed

    Serve with plain yogurt
