    Heat on the hob 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 cup water

    Once thickening add 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, chopped plum, Greek yogurt and a pinch of cinnamon

    Top with plums, tahini, honey and sesame seeds
