Ingredients: 240 g all-purpose flour; 15 g cocoa powder; 1 tsp baking powder; 1 tsp baking soda; 0.5 tsp salt; 3 large eggs; 200 g caster sugar; 250 ml buttermilk; 250 ml canola/vegetable oil; 2 tsp red food colouring; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 1 tsp vinegar; 80 ml hot coffee; 500 g cream cheese; 120 g unsalted butter (cold); 90 g icing sugar; 120 ml whipping cream (cold)

This recipe is for 12”x12” pan or you can use 6” round pan.

Simple syrup is simply equal parts of sugar and water. Cook until the sugar is completely dissolved.
