    Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 6-count mini muffin pan with non-stick spray or oil.

    In a mixing bowl, combine self-rising flour, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, brown sugar, and oil. Stir together until a sticky batter forms.

    Use a small cookie scoop to portion the batter into each muffin hole. You can also oil your hands and roll the batter into balls for a more uniform shape.

    Bake for 15 minutes, or until the donut holes are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

    Carefully remove the donut holes from the pan and let them cool slightly. Spray each donut hole with oil, then roll them in a sugar-pumpkin spice mixture until well-coated.
